The Gardens: ––
The entire 5-acre property at Casa Werma is enclosed by an adobe wall. The private gardens within are well-cared for and established. The Gardens include enormous eucalyptus and pine trees, numerous avocado trees, fruit and nut trees, and countless varieties of lilies and flowering plants. The grounds attract a variety of birds and butterflies. The presence of hummingbirds and of fireflies is particularly magical.
A local university agronomist has advised us that many of the species in the garden are of regional and scientific interest.
